1. Service

WRIT — Order Rules & MOQ for B2B ("the App", "we", "us") is a Shopify app that enforces B2B order rules at checkout. The App lets you set, per company and per buyer, a minimum order value, a minimum item quantity, and a maximum order value, plus per-product case-pack multiples — all enforced at checkout by a Shopify Validation Function — and records every configuration change to an immutable audit log. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Plans & billing

The Free plan supports up to 3 B2B companies. The Pro plan is $29/month with a 14-day free trial and removes the company limit — unlimited companies and per-buyer overrides. Billing is handled by Shopify and is subject to Shopify's billing terms. Charges recur monthly until you uninstall the App or cancel the subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App in compliance with Shopify's terms and applicable law. The App assists with enforcing order minimums, maximums, and case-pack rules but does not constitute financial, legal, procurement, or credit advice. You are responsible for the rules, minimums, and case sizes you configure.

4. Enforcement & order flow

Checkout enforcement is performed by Shopify's cart Validation Function using the rule values the App writes to metafields on your store. You remain responsible for the rules you set. We are not responsible for orders that complete, are blocked, or are delayed due to your configuration, Shopify platform behavior, propagation delays in metafield updates, or order paths outside the App's control (for example, draft or rep-created orders that bypass storefront checkout).

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for orders that complete or are blocked due to misconfiguration, third-party outages, or order paths outside the App's control.

6. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time; doing so cancels billing and triggers deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
