How it works
Common questions
How do I install WRIT?
Install WRIT from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin. On first launch, import your existing B2B companies in one click and set your default rules — minimum order value, minimum item quantity, and maximum order value. You're enforcing rules at checkout the same day. If anything looks off, email briano@worqflow.org.
How do minimum order rules work?
Set a minimum order value and/or a minimum item quantity per company (with a shop-wide default that companies inherit). At checkout, a B2B buyer for that company can't complete an order below the minimum — Shopify's Validation Function blocks it with a clear message telling the buyer how much more to add.
What does the maximum order value do?
Set a maximum order value per company and any order over it is stopped at checkout with a message asking the buyer to contact you to place it as a quote — useful for orders that need manual pricing or credit review before they go through.
How do case-pack (MOQ multiple) rules work?
Give a product a case size (for example, 12) and buyers must order that product in multiples of 12. Quantities are aggregated per product across cart lines, so a full case split across variants still passes. A non-multiple is blocked at checkout with the next valid quantity suggested.
Can I set different rules for a specific buyer?
Yes. Add a per-buyer override on a company using the buyer's Customer GID to raise or lower their minimum, maximum, or quantity — or set a rule to 0 to exempt them entirely. Overrides take precedence over the company rule at checkout.
How do I uninstall, and what happens to my data?
Uninstall WRIT from your Shopify admin like any app. Uninstalling cancels billing and triggers permanent deletion of your shop's data — company rules, buyer overrides, case-pack settings, the audit log, and the stored access token. See our Privacy Policy for details.
